Milo, who had endured months on the streets, sobbed in pain when his angel attempted to pick him up

An angel could not imagine the reaction of a vulnerable puppy that he wanted to help after he had spent months suffering helplessly on the streets.

The protagonist of this story is Michael Baines and is also known on the internet as “the man who rescues dogs”. The nickname he gets is because of the amazing job he is doing rescuing dogs from the streets in Thailand.

His help consists of offering them food and he does whatever it takes so that no stray suffers too much need.

Every day, this animal hero feeds around 80 stray dogs that roam near his home ; Plus, he has strategically placed food places in other areas to make sure no Thai stray dog goes hungry.

He has also rescued many dogs from the streets and has worked hard to give them a real home, either in his home or in that of a family that can adopt them.

There are too many mouths to feed but he will always do his best to get them the home they deserve.

One of the dogs that Michael Baines has rescued is Milo. This little dog was first discovered by some students at Bangsaen University .

They contacted Michael and told him that they had seen a dog that clearly appeared to be suffering from some type of skin disease.

Milo was screaming in pain when his angel intervened.

When Michael arrived at the site, he found a vulnerable 7-month-old puppy in need of help , and Michael knew he had to act fast.

However, little Milo screamed in fear when Michael tried to pick him up.

“It took me about five minutes to be able to grab and hold Milo with the help of my staff, then we went to the clinic, where we were able to determine that he had severe demodectic mange ,” Michael said.

They immediately began treatment. Milo was so small and frail, he had almost no hair on his body. But after some time and with the help of medication and the love of his new foster family, his condition began to improve.

His miraculous change was possible thanks to so much love

“He regained his confidence and quickly became a new puppy,” says Michael.

Within 50 days of finding him, Milo was feeling much better and was incredibly healthy.

It looked like it was another puppy

You can see the evidence of his transformation in his photos. Your change is amazing!

Michael soon found the perfect home for Milo, where he will be forever, in Phoenix, Arizona. The family wanted to adopt him thinking that he would get along very well with the other three dogs they already have in his home.

He got the best canine parents and siblings!

When 70 days had passed since Michael had saved Milo, it was time to say goodbye. Just before Christmas, Milo traveled to the United States to move in with his new family.

Today, Milo is very well. He lives very happily in his home and has already seen and played in the snow, something he would never have experienced in Thailand. We wish Milo good luck in the United States and may he continue to adjust to his beautiful new life.

We must thank all the people who carry out rescue work for our helpless animals around the world. Michael’s work is wonderful and much appreciated by all the other dog lovers out there.

One more demonstration that with dedication we can save the lives of many who need it. You too can help in your community. You can see the other cases that Michael works on through his website From him.

Let’s help Michael’s work continue and inspire others!
