Just in Time: The Lion Cub’s Journey from caged to Free

Wild animals are destined to live in their natural environments, with fresh air and all the marvels of the wilderness. They possess feelings and emotions just like us and should not be subjected to the cruelty of being confined in tight cages and exploited for personal gain.

These gentle creatures endure both physical and emotional torment, living a life of misery. Although some are lucky enough to be rescued and find peace, others remain trapped in a sad existence with no hope of escape.

This harsh reality serves as a reminder that it is crucial to safeguard the freedom of wild animals and protect their right to live their lives in the way they deserve.

Karen Dallakyan’s animal sanctuary supported Simba, a little lion cub with a tragic backstory. The poor creature was separated from his mother at a young age, and by the time he was rescued, he was close to death’s door. Simba had extensive injuries to his legs, spine, and various other body parts.

Simba, a majestic animal, was tied up in a barn to take photos with tourists. Unfortunately, Simba was scared and injured. His owners did not care about his health or well-being, only about using him to entertain people. It is truly unfortunate that such a magnificent creature was treated in such an inhumane manner.

Great news! The cub was rescued just in the nick of time. The rescuers wasted no time and immediately took him to the veterinary clinic where he underwent urgent surgical procedures. Thankfully, he managed to pull through and survive the ordeal.

The credit for Simba’s recovery goes to Karen Dallakyan, who showered him with love and patience throughout his surgery and post-surgery phase. Karen remained vigilant over Simba as he learned to walk and play once again. Despite the odds, Simba proved to be a natural fighter, making an incredible comeback. Simba gradually developed a reliance on humans, showing signs of good health and playfulness. Karen, along with other veterinarians and compassionate individuals who took care of the cub, can take pride in this notable achievement. Credit goes to them for transforming Simba into an endearing and lively young boy.

Karen is a compassionate animal lover who has taken care of a diverse range of creatures, including tigers, hedgehogs, snakes, and birds. He not only rescues these animals but also nurtures them with food, shelter, and affection to help them return to optimal health. Karen’s dedication and kindness towards animals are truly commendable.
